Full damp surveys to underside and rectify all damp and mould issues.
We provide numerous levels of inspections and surveys tailored to suit each individual property we attend and to meet each clients requirements. As accredited members of the Federation of Damp which allows us to carry out full damp surveys to identify and rectify possible rising damp or penetrating damp.
Identifying numerous causes of damp, including a damaged DPC course, external ground levels raised above DPC, sub floor ventilation issues, loft ventilation issues, or even debris in the wall cavity causing bridging, we then provide the solution.
We offer all types or surveys which can include thermal imaging, drone surveys, air and surface sampling for air quality and hidden mould. We can identify possible mould risk areas via our mould probe kits and testo 860i camera. We can protect against future damp and mould issues by identifying the areas at risk before they become a problem.
