Damp Detection & Mould Surveys
We help you take care of your property with expert damp and mould surveys, ventilation tests, and insulation improvements.
We take a building pathology approach to your whole property to identify the real causes of damp and mould. For hidden mould this can include air sampling and swab testing.
We can inspect sub floors, lofts and voids if required to ensure they are ventilated correctly and there is no unwanted moisture build-up or pathways.
Mould Removal & Damp Prevention
We aim to find the actual source of your damp. Rising damp is actually very rare and is usually misdiagnosed as the correct pathological approach has not been taken in a survey. Penetrating damp, bridging damp, wicking, condensation and humidity are often the issue.
We can offer numerous solutions to your damp and advise the pros / cons to each approach. All mould is physically removed as per IICRC standards and guidelines. No harmful chemicals are used directly on mould and advice is given as to how to prevent it from returning.
