A little History
Swift Maintenance Solutions & Swift Mould Solutions Ltd. were both founded in 2024 and both trade under Swift Maintenance Solutions Ltd. They were founded to help tackle the growing issues surrounding damp, mould as well as provide general property maintenance across North London.
As the population grows, so do the maintenance issues, and we have been working in the property maintenance and construction industry for over 30 years each, dealing with many different situations and a variety of clients from homeowners, landlords, tenants, councils, businesses and care-homes.
Over the many years working together in this industry we have identified, rectified and found alternative solutions to so many problems that arise within a property. One of the main issues we encounter every day is damp and mould, realizing mold is not being dealt with correctly.
We have undertaken extensive training to ensure we are fully certified and qualified to help people understand, remove, and advise how to prevent mould from returning according to current British standards and the IICRC guidelines.

We aim to find and rectify any mould, damp and building problems as swiftly as possible.
We will only offer solutions you really need – never selling you unnecessary products or remedies – to upgrade your property, including improving the ventilation, insulation, central heating systems and even environmental sensors to monitor the air, humidity, and temperature within each area.

Carl Reid
Growing up in Dublin, Ireland, I entered the building industry at an early age. In 1998 I moved to Sydney AU, to work in construction for the 2000 Olympics. This included working on some of the stadiums, the Olympic Village, and even government offices.
Moving to London in 2000, I began working within the residential sector undertaking renovations and repairs. This included working closely with property developers, landlords, tenants, housing associations and councils.
I have worked with Stuart Webster now for over 12 years on numerous projects big and small. We have had so many positive requests to expand our business especially into the damp and mould industry that this led us into opening Swift Maintenance Solutions Ltd together.
Stuart Webster
I grew up in East London and started at a young age in the industry with my father in a family run construction business. For years we helped build and renovate countless homes for people in North London. We took on projects in both the residential and commercial sectors, including new builds, extensions, lofts and complete refurbishments.
Many became long-term clients, helping with the general maintenance and upkeep their properties for many years after, growing into a large customer base. In 1998 I formed my own company ‘Phase Construction’ and secured numerous large projects and major clients.
I started working with Carl Reid in approx 2013 and since then have completed hundreds of projects for a vast array of clients.
