Does the quotation include materials?
The client can decide to have the cost of materials included in the quotation. This is discussed before the quotation is made.
Are parking charges and congestion charges included in the quote?
Congestion charges are included. Parking permits should be supplied by the resident or landlord of the property we are contracted to attend.
What payment options do you have?
We accept bank transfers.
Are your employees fully qualified?
Yes, all employees are fully qualified and trained to a high standard.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured.

Report it directly to your landlord or housing provider, and do not try to clean it. You can request for a mould and damp surveyour to attend and inspect.
