We provide numerous levels of inspections and surveys tailored to suit each individual property we attend and to meet each clients requirements. As accredited members of the Federation of Damp which allows us to carry out full damp surveys to identify and rectify possible rising damp or penetrating damp.
Identifying numerous causes of rising damp, including a damaged DPC course, external ground levels raised above DPC or even debris in the wall cavity causing bridging, we then provide the solution.
We offer pre-move in surveys and reports which can include thermal imaging to find any areas where mould could later be an issue including advise on property upgrades to protect the owners against future issues.
